Wereldhave owns and operates eleven center locations across the Netherlands: in Arnhem, Dordrecht, Capelle aan den IJssel, Hoofddorp, Heerhugowaard, Leiderdorp, Nieuwegein, Purmerend, Tilburg and Roosendaal. By year-end 2024, our Dutch business owns more than 369,100 m2 in floorspace. Leading tenants include food retailer Albert Heijn, Jumbo, HEMA, A.S. Watson and fashion stores C&A and H&M. In 2024 over 64.7 million people visited our centers in the Netherlands.
